How to Rent A Costume For The Ft. Defiance Ball…….
Backstage Costume Rental at 1955 Madison St (the old Carmacle 8 Movie Theater on Madison Street) is not open officially until October.
The owner, George Terrell, has graciously agreed to open his business and rent clothes to anyone who is coming to our ball and needs a costume. You may call him at 615-594-6552 and he will make an individual appointment to open the shop just for you!
FOFD at Rivers and Spires
Friends of Fort Defiance will have a table set up somewhere downtown during Rivers and Spires on April 17,f18 and 19. Look around for us because we will have lots of information on the fort, baked goods and haversacks and more to sell and some great people to talk to about the history of Clarksville. There will also be a cannon there, so come take a look and learn about Ft Defiance.
